A Our software was developed specially for clubs and is designed to be easy to use and understand. Our support staff are on hand to help when needed.

Q We tend to need to use the system at weekends and evenings. Will your support staff still be available at those times?

A We are very aware that many club officers have full time jobs and we endeavour to provide support whenever it is required - weekends too!

Q Can we request modifications to suit our requirements?

A We will be pleased to quote for any special requirements. Modifications are costed purely on programming time and we will adhere to any price quoted

Many of our users have modified routines - particularly for fee payment and receipt/card printing

Q Can we use the information from our existing membership system?

A Yes. We will be happy to import your data for a small fee FREE (until August 31st 2011) or you can use our import tool to do the job yourself.

Q Our computer is not very new or very fast. Will we need to upgrade our equipment?

A Probably not. Our software has very light requirements and we support all Windows operating systems - Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista and Windows 7.

Q We have a new computer with the Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, will your software run on this?

A Our software is fully Windows 7 compatible (including 64 bit versions) and is supplied with an installation program for Windows 7, Vista and XP (Other Windows versions have their own install routine).
