Support Contracts
At Art Software Ltd we take support very seriously. Clubs can either choose free email support or take the option of a full support contract.
Our support contracts cover all our software products which a club may have, for one price. If a club purchases both Club Accounts and Club Master they have just the one contract for the standard price!
This contract provides unrestricted telephone support (even where the problem is caused by incorrect use!) and all upgrades as and when they are released. Thus the club always has the latest versions of our software.
Club Master, Tote Master and Club Accounts are constantly upgraded to include suggestions from our users. And all our contract customers get the latest new routines and facilities.
